Shipping:
We ship your orders through our trusted logistics partners. We make sure that your order is packaged securely to avoid any damage during transit. We provide free shipping on all orders above INR 1000. For orders below INR 1000, a nominal shipping charge will be applicable.
Delivery:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking details. You can track your order on our website or the logistics partner’s website using the tracking ID. The estimated delivery time is about 10-12 days, depending on your location. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of any delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, natural calamities, or any other reasons beyond our control, we will notify you through email or phone. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the logistics partner.

Returns and Refunds:
As our products are heavy and require special handling during shipping, we do not accept returns for any reason except in the case of damaged or defective products. However, we do provide a priority service for 30 days after delivery in case there is an issue with your purchase.

In case of a refund, we will initiate the process within 7-10 business days of receiving the damaged or defective product. The refund amount will be credited to your account as per your original payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel any order without any prior notice if we are unable to fulfill the order due to any reason. We will refund the full amount in such cases.
